From this section of the website promotion software you can manage the auto-responder built into the software. The auto-responder allows you to send different emails to users who referred others or users who were referred. In order for the programmed emails to be sent, you must run a cron job on your server.

When you add an auto-responder you have the option of sending it to users who have been referred by others or sending it to users who signed up themselves, or all users.

Field	Description
Auto-Responder Name:	This is the displayed name of the auto-responder
Send To:	This is where you input whom you wish to send the email to

After you name the Auto-responder you will need to input the details of the email.

Field	Description
Email Subject:	This is what will appear in the subject line of the email
From Name:	This is the name the email will be marked as sent by
From:	This is the email address the email was sent by
Reply-To:	This is the email address replies are sent to
Return-Path:	This is the email address bounced emails will go to
Send Delay:	You can have the software delay sending the email until a later date
Text Email Body	This is the plain text version of the email
Build HTML Email:	You can select a template to use for your email
HTML Location:	You can also select an HTML file to send
Attachment:	You can attach any documents to the email here
Monitor the number of users who read this email:	Checking this box makes it so links in the email are tracked by the software.
