Omnistar Tell-a-Friend Software allows users to make changes to the
look of our software in order to allow customers
to change the colors to match the design of their
site, to change the tell a friend image, and to
change the branding on the software.
All of these options help make the software fit
your product specifically, providing users with
a much better experience. |

Step 1: Click Display Settings
From the main page of tell, select the Display
Settings link. You will be taken to our customization
page. |
Step 2: Customize the Graphics
Tell allows you to add your own logo as a header
in the pop-up window, as well as the footer graphic
and the tell a friend button graphic that will appear
on your site. Simply browse in new graphics and
select their alignment. |
Step 3a: Customize the Colors
Tell allows you to change the colors that will
appear in the window with convenient text entry
fields. Simply enter the colors you would like to
change and your changes will automatically be made
to the pop-up window when you save them. |
Step 3b: Customize the HTML
Alternatively, you can insert your own HTML for
the page into the header and footer, allowing you
to and further levels of customization. |
Step 4: Set How Tell Acts and Appears
The check boxes at the bottom of the page allow
you to customize specific features of the tell software
and its appearance. Check those you wish to include
in tell. |
Step 5: Save the Changes
Save the changes and your pop-up pages will automatically
be generated with the images and colors you added
to the software.
If you have not yet placed your pop-up image on
the site, go to generate code and copy the tell
a friend graphic code into any of your HTML pages. |
